POSITION SUMMARY

The Suite Level Concierge will provide quality and premium service to all suite guests while they are attending the Texas Tech University Football game at Jones AT&T Stadium. This position will serve as the Hospitality Host and Concierge for all Suite Owners and their guests. The Suite Level Concierge is to ensure an outstanding experience while providing exceptional service and leadership to those attending.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Inspect the suites on your level to ensure cleanliness and correct functionality prior to each event

·         Greet each suite guest and ensure they feel welcomed

·         Ensures suites are stocked with proper food, beverage, and product before and during event based on the Banquet Event Order

·         Frequently going from suite to suite to ensure each suite maintains appearance and cleanliness during the game

·         Maintains knowledge of menu items and all other offerings

·         Provides an elevated level customer service, anticipating guests' needs

·         Suite Concierge will work directly with Food and Beverage team to ensure that all food orders are delivered

·         Suite Concierge will always be available for each assigned suite during the game to help ensure that premium service is being provided.

·         Suite concierge will be on-hand during the game to help suite guest with any issues regarding hospitality.

·         Suite Concierge will be knowledgeable of event and stadium to answer questions from suite guests.

·         Suite Concierge will perform a suite check at the end of each event.

·         Suite Concierge will fill out a report at the end of each event detailing any issues that arose during the event. Report will be turned into the    Director of Food and Beverage

QUALIFICATIONS

·         Previous experience as a server, suite attendant, or other related role required

·         Leadership / Managerial experience preferred

·         Demonstrate excellent customer service skills

·         Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

·         Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures
